EVIta is a young society aimed at promoting basic, clinical and translational research and networking among researchers in the field of extracellular vesicles.

The Italian EV research community expressed interest in the foundation of a national society during the meeting organized by the promoters at the Marconi room of the National Research Council of Italy in Rome on 05th October 2018.

This pushed the promoters to continue their work, and thanks to the support of more than 50 founding members, EVIta was founded in Turin in 29th November 2018.
