The demo sessions will be on 19th September in the afternoon and on 20th September in the morning.

INSTRUCTIONS for AUTHORS
- presentation will be uploaded on-site. We recommend that you upload your talk no later than 1 hour prior to your session to ensure a smooth process. If you are speaking early in the morning, we recommend you upload your talk the day before if possible.
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your session.
- Strictly ensure that your talk stays on time. Oral presentations should be no longer than 10 minutes with 2 minutes Q and A, total of 12 minutes.
- The Tech4EVIta abstract book will be available on the website at the start of the meeting.
- Junior Presenting Authors will be considered for Oral Presentation Award, which will be judged. Winners will be acknowledged during the closing remarks.
POSTER WITH ORAL PRESENTATIONS:
- presentation will be uploaded on-site. We recommend that you upload your talk no later than 1 hour prior to your session to ensure a smooth process. If you are speaking early in the morning, we recommend you upload your talk the day before if possible. We recommend no more than 2-3 slides, chairs will be asked to guarantee that presenters will be strictly on time.

- Strictly ensure that your talk stays on time. Oral presentations should be no longer than 3 minutes. Time for Q&A will be guaranteed during the POSTER sessions.
- The Tech4EVIta abstract book will be available on the website at the start of the meeting.
POSTERS:
- Presenting authors are responsible for printing physical poster and bringing it to Trieste.
- The panels for the poster will fit PORTRAIT format, 90 x 120 cm. Posters should not exceed this size.
- Hang your poster upon arrival. Posters will remain on site from Wed 18th Sept 1 pm to Thu 19th Sept 2:30 pm
- Poster presenters need to remove or discard their poster by the end of the Poster session II.
- This year we will have two separate poster sessions on Wednesday and on Thursday. Presenters will be aked to stand by their posters for "poster pitch" and Q&A during the poster sessions. Check your poster number on the book of abstract.
- Poster session (I): Even posters from 16:35 to 17:15; Odd posters from 17:15 to 18:00
- Poster session (II): Even posters from 13:10 to 13:50; Odd posters from 13:50 to 14:00
- Please use a clear typeface. The poster should be readable from a distance of 2-3 meters. The title banner of your poster should state the title of the presentation and the name(s) and affiliation(s) of the author(s).
- During the coffee breaks and lunch breaks, attendees will have the option to walk around and view the posters from both sessions.
- Junior Presenting Authors will be considered for Poster Award. Winners will be acknowledged during the closing remarks.
